Nothing about your processes leaves your Mac. Blame talks to one server, getblame.app: a daily update check, and usage counts if you switch them on. Here is all of it.

The app

What it reads stays on the Mac. Blame reads your processes, memory and disk to find what slows your Mac. None of that is sent anywhere.
Logs. Blame writes a log to ~/Library/Logs/Blame/, one file a day, kept 14 days. It holds program names, the start of command lines, and what Blame found and did. Blame never sends it.
Update check. About once a day Blame asks getblame.app/appcast.xml whether a new version exists. The request carries the app's name and version, and your IP address as any web request does; no system profile. If there is a new version, it downloads from getblame.app/downloads/. Turn either off in Settings › About › Updates.
Usage counts, off unless you switch them on. When on, once per finished day Blame sends getblame.app/u a random id, the day, the Blame and macOS versions, your Mac's memory in GB, and counts: findings by kind, fixes, memory freed, alerts, crashes. Never a program name, a command, a path or a window title. Settings › About › Privacy shows today's report before it is sent. Switching off stops the reports and forgets the id on your Mac.
Feedback. Send feedback… saves a zip to your Desktop with Blame's logs from the last 14 days (program names and command lines included), Blame's crash reports and the versions. Blame does not send it: you email it, if you choose, to sidh.pan98@gmail.com.

The website

Hosting. Cloudflare Pages serves getblame.app, so Cloudflare handles your IP address and each request.
Visit counts. OpenPanel counts page views, links followed out of the site and clicks on the Download and Pro buttons. No cookies.
"Tell me when 1.0 is out". Stores the email you type, the time, and the page it came from. Used only to send that one email.

Deleting your data

Write to sidh.pan98@gmail.com and I delete it. For usage reports, include the id from Settings › About › Privacy › See today's report, copied before you switch sharing off.

Selling and sharing

Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared beyond the two services that run the site: Cloudflare and OpenPanel.
